Delivery Method (Local & International)What delivery methods can I choose? At the moment, S.F. Express is the only delivery provider that we use. International customer can also use. SF Express (can deliver to residential addresses) / SF Express Station Self-Pickup (Note 1) / SF Express EF-Locker (Note 2). By selecting any of these, you agree to the company’s terms and conditions regarding parcel delivery.
- Delivery time: Generally arrives 1–3 days (International 7-14 workings) after dispatch, depending on SF Express logistics.We cannot guarantee exact arrival times! (Delays may occur due to insufficient space at pickup points.) Customers can track their parcel using the tracking number on the SF Express website.
Note 1: For SF Express Station Self-Pickup, you will receive an SMS notification once the parcel arrives at the pickup point. Please collect it within 3 working days from the date the SMS is sent.

Note 2: For SF Express EF-Locker, you will receive an SMS notification once the parcel is placed in the locker. Please collect it within 2 working days from the date the SMS is sent. Please note: The selected locker may be full on the delivery day, in which case it will be rescheduled for another time. Please refer to the received notification for details.Additionally, lockers generally accept parcels up to 45 × 31 × 35 cm. If your parcel exceeds the size limit, we will contact you to change to another delivery method.
